Themed Pony Parties
Birthday Parties & Photoshoots
We have a pony for every occasion! From the Wild West to Unicorns! Celebrate your child's birthday at Great Escape Stables with fresh air, space to run and explore and pony's! Can currently accommodate around 25 guests.
*Liability forms required for all attendees. *
Saturdays 11am - 2pm/3pm
Sundays 1pm - 4pm/5pm
(Limited Weekdays available, please contact us for current availability.)
Party Schedule:
1.5 hours pony/horse activates & wagon ride.
1.5 hours for food, cake & presents.
~ Parties @ Great Escape ~
$400 up to 3 hours Semi-custom party
Outdoor birthday option with covered seating including tables and chairs. We provide staff during your event. You can arrive 30 mins. early for personal set up. You can choose from any of the themes below and what your child's favorite color is for matching decor:

My Little Pony
Game's/Activates provided: Corn-hole, Hula Hoops, Bubbles, Jump Ropes
Included:
1 dressed up pony & an additional pony for pony rides (first hour of the party).
Treat making activity w/ staff (done during pony rides).
Wagon ride around the property.
Covered seating area & outdoor space with lawn games.
Covered area will be decorated with chosen theme.
Decor provided is tablecloths, hanging decor, center pieces and balloons.
Tables (2 - 6' picnic, 2 - 6' folding w/ chairs, food/present/cake table) & garbage bin
You Provide:
Birthday cake/Snacks/Food/Beverage if applicable (list available of local vendors).
Cutlery, plates, cups, serving utensils, napkins etc.
Any additional games you wish to play or activities (there is open space).
Add on options: Pony Painting & Bathing $75, Party Themed Temp. Tatoo station $25.
~ Cutom Parties ~
Everything in the section above plus all event coordinating & obtaining food, beverage & cake/ice cream.
All set-up and clean-up handled by staff.
Up to 4 hours. Pony Painting/bathing included as well as Party Themed Temp tattoo's.
$650 plus food/beverage/cake cost based on your total guests.
~ Photoshoots ~
We have several scenic area's for photos including woods, grass fields, a stream, tall trees & a pond. Person in photoshoot can be on the ground or on the horse/pony. We have 7 different hores/pony's to choose from. Photoshoots can be scheduled year-round weather dependent.
Basic 1-hour shoot - $150
Includes is 1 clean horse/pony
