More Whoa then go but will pick up the pace with a crop or spurs (or for a rider with longer legs). Has been there, done that and is a rock star at horse shows, walks right off the trailer and into the ring. Can do all 3 rings at horse shows but is more of a jumper. Will trail ride anywhere, can be ridden western, was a 4-H pony before we got him.
Does great with beginners through more advanced riders.
